We believe strongly that the teachers and consequently the staff are the arrow head of success in the education industry. We shall, therefore, motivate them through financial remuneration and propel them to improve their competencies through regular in-house and outside conferences, seminars, and workshops that will enhance their proficiency and service delivery.
